• Updated Pastor Salary Guidelines for 2025-26 are now available on the MC USA website. MC USA and IMMC encourage congregations to follow these guidelines as closely as financially possible, to communicate your commitment to quality leadership and show support for your pastor.

• Leadership Enhancement Team had a training for our congregational coaches on April 30th led by Shana Peachey Boshart. LET is looking to revamp the congregational coach program and will be looking into similar trainings in the future.
