Framework for Pastoral Growth
The Framework for Pastoral Growth was developed by the Leadership Enhancement Team (LET) in response to the six core competencies for leaders named by Mennonite Church USA and Mennonite Church Canada. Each year we focus on two of the six competencies. This year we ask pastors to focus on Anabaptist/ Mennonite story, theology, convictions and Missional Engagement. It is our hope that the Framework for Pastoral Growth brochure and the accompanying list of resources will help pastors as they set goals for the year.
