IMMC holds a modest endowment fund that has been designated for leadership training for ministers in IMMC churches. The earnings from the endowment each year are available for grants for continuing education events.

Qualifications:

• Any person currently serving in a congregational ministry staff position in IN-MI Mennonite Conference.
• Registration for a continuing education event.
• Ability to pay the costs not covered by the the grant.
