* Ursula Hess recently began serving as chaplain for senior adults (part-time) at Waterford Mennonite Church. Sharon will lead her installation service on April 26.  Ursula is credentialed by IMMC and is a graduate of the Journey Leadership Program.

* The new Prevention and Accountability document passed by MCUSA delegates has each conference designate a Conference Safety Liaison (CSL) to oversee the safety of churches for everyone. As the CSL for IMMC, Joanne participated in a training session with CSLs from other conferences on February 20.

* Good Steward Church Academy (GSCA) was founded by Barbara Starley, a CPA who is passionate about serving the church. IMMC Bookkeeper Michelle Cabanaw is a member of GSCA, which allows her to join weekly live calls with Barbara and other GSCA members. Barbara is committed to making things simple, straightforward, and understandable as she works with congregations to create best practices around bookkeeping and pastor and staff salaries, benefits, and policies.
