* Brian Bither concluded twelve and a half years of ministry at Shalom Mennonite Church in Indianapolis in December 2025. He remains credentialed for chaplain work with Indiana AID (Assistance to Immigrants in Detention).  

* Leadership Enhancement Team and Ministry Credentialing Team will meet jointly in January to review our focus on supporting pastors and to collaborate on leadership development efforts.
