* Kyle Schlabach began serving as co-pastor, along with Naomi Yoder-Hess, at East Goshen Mennonite Church on October 20. His call and installation was celebrated at East Goshen on November 9, with Sharon Yoder officiating.

* Steve Norton was commissioned to serve as pastor at Union Center Church of the Brethren on November 16. Joanne Gallardo represented IMMC at the service.

* Continuing growth in intercultural competence is an expectation for leaders who are credentialed by IMMC. Joanne will meet with 28 pastors in the coming months to review the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) that they’ve completed and help them reflect on their growth plans.
