Leadership Training grants
IN-MI Mennonite Conference holds a small endowment fund that has been designated for leadership training for ministers in IN-MI Conference churches. Pastoral Family Assistance Program
The Church Life Commission of the Indiana-Michigan Mennonite Conference offers a Pastoral Family Assistance Program (PFAP), available through three agencies, where counselors offer confidential evaluation, short-term counseling and referral, at no cost to pastors and your families. Our commitment to quality ministry is reflected in part in the level of compensation offered to those who serve our congregations as pastors and the process that is used in determining it. The ReFocusing networks are supportive learning environments for pastors who want to learn how to lead vibrant, missional churches. The two-year revitalization process helps pastors to focus their ministries and to work with their congregations to develop a plan for the next five years.
