Meals
Meals will be served at the church and include an entrée, vegetable, dessert and drink. Make special dietary requests by June 5 in the “special needs” section of the registration form. No refunds will be given for unused meal tickets.
Adult lunch: $5 per person
Adult dinner: $8 per person
Child lunch: $2 per child
Child dinner: $4 per child
Pastor (and Spouse/Guest) Appreciation Dinner (free of charge)
A special meal will be served Thursday evening at Clinton Frame (Family Life Center) for credentialed persons in current congregational assignments, chaplains and overseers. Register for childcare if needed.
Faith and Finances breakfast (donation on-site)
At this Friday morning breakfast, church treasurers, finance committee members and pastors will have the opportunity to identify issues they would like to have addressed. The purpose is to learn from each other the challenges and creative ways of living out faith and finances. Representatives from IN-MI Conference, Mennonite Church USA and MMA will be part of this essential conversation. Be sure to register in the meals section of this form.
Mennonite Women lunch ($5 per person)
The IN-MI Conference Mennonite Women will be hosting a special lunch Friday at Clinton Frame (Family Life Center). There will be time for sharing individual Mennonite women’s concerns around the table with a time to pray for one another. There will also be discussion questions. Be sure to register in the meals section of this form. |
